SES CURVES
A residence in a rural area, where the clients aim for a modern style that respects the aesthetics and typical Mallorcan materials required by regulations. The design features a rectangular volume on the ground floor and a perpendicular cantilevered rectangle above it, housing the master bedroom on the upper floor and creating a porch for the kitchen and dining area. The pool is positioned adjacent to the scenic views.
The materials are modern and neutral, including seamless stone, concrete floors and ceilings, natural woods, and large windows that flood the interior with light. The use of walls to hide the roof tiles adds purity and modernity to the volumes.
